1. The drying tank of vacuum freeze dryer is made of stainless steel (reinforced with carbon steel anti-rust). All the connectors inside the tank except the I-steel guide rail are made of stainless steel, and the metal hose connected with the heating plate is made of stainless steel, flange connection to prevent vibration.

2. In order to meet the needs of production, we provide one set of skip car and material tray for one set of equipment. The material tray is made of aluminum alloy, the skip car and the hanging rail are made of stainless steel SUS304, the skip car hanging rail is made of carbon steel, anti-rust treatment.

Remarkable advantage of freeze-dried food:
1, Retain biological activity
To retain biological activity as much as possible, the material must be in low temperature environment, but on the contrary, drying needs heat involved. Heating will destroy biological activity and nutrition. Our solution is to get the liquid water in the material completely frozen to solid status. The water in the material is solid ice status during the whole heating processing till the material is completely dried. So, the biological activity is retained greatly.
