1. introduction 
The material enters from the feeding end and vibrates through the vibrating eccentric device. It can better realize the material to remove most of the water drops as soon as possible, and then enter the air main line or directly pack the box, which greatly shortens the drying time of the material and improves the working efficiency of the product. The machine can also be used for material screening and grading.
 
The vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a screen frame, a screen mesh, a vibration motor, a motor pedestal, a vibration-damping spring, and a bracket.
1. Screen box: It is made of several kinds of steel plates with different thicknesses and has certain strength and rigidity. It is the main component of the screen machine.
2, sieve frame: made of pine or less deformed wood, mainly used to keep the screen flat, to achieve normal screening.
3. Screen: There are several kinds of screens such as low carbon steel, brass, bronze and stainless steel wire.
4. Vibration motor (see the vibration motor instruction manual for details on the use and maintenance methods).
5. Motor pedestal: Install the vibration motor. The connecting screws must be tightened before use. In particular, the new sieve machine must be tightened repeatedly three days before the trial to avoid loose accidents.
6. Damping spring: Prevents vibration from being transmitted to the ground and supports the full weight of the screen box. When installing, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
7. Bracket: It consists of four pillars and two channel steels. It supports the screen box. When installing, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground. The channel steel below the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
